Terms of Service
Last updated: 12 April 2026
These terms govern your use of Zenvro (“the Service”), operated by Zenvro Ltd (“we”, “us”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these terms.
1. The Service
Zenvro is an AI-powered inbox assistant that connects to your Gmail account to classify, summarise, and help you manage recruitment-related emails. The Service uses artificial intelligence to generate summaries, draft replies, score candidates, and answer search queries.
2. Account requirements
- You must be at least 18 years old.
- You must sign in with a Google account and grant Zenvro access to your Gmail via OAuth.
- You are responsible for the security of your account. Do not share your session or allow others to access Zenvro through your account.
3. Gmail access
- Zenvro requests the
gmail.modifyOAuth scope, which allows reading your emails, creating drafts, sending messages on your behalf, and modifying labels (e.g. archiving). - We only access emails in your INBOX label during automatic sync. We do not access Sent, Spam, Trash, or other labels unless you explicitly trigger a search or action.
- You can revoke Gmail access at any time from Settings → Disconnect within Zenvro, or from your Google account permissions.
4. AI-generated content
- Summaries, classifications, candidate scores, suggested replies, and search answers are generated by AI and may contain errors.
- You are responsible for reviewing all AI-generated content before acting on it. This includes reviewing suggested replies before sending them.
- AI-generated candidate scores are indicative, not definitive. Do not use them as the sole basis for hiring decisions.
- We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or appropriateness of any AI-generated output.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service to send spam, phishing emails, or unsolicited bulk messages.
- Attempt to extract, reverse-engineer, or abuse the AI system prompts or classification logic.
- Use the Service in violation of applicable laws, including employment, data protection, and anti-discrimination legislation.
- Share accounts or access the Service on behalf of another person without their consent.
6. Data & privacy
Your data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By using the Service, you acknowledge that email content is processed by third-party AI providers (OpenAI) as described in the Privacy Policy.
7. Service availability
- We aim to keep Zenvro available at all times, but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Downtime may occur for maintenance, platform issues, or third-party API outages (Google, OpenAI).
- We reserve the right to modify or discontinue features with reasonable notice.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
- The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.
- We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to missed emails, incorrect classifications, or AI-generated replies sent in error.
- Our total liability to you for any claim arising from the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or £50, whichever is greater.
9. Termination
- You can close your account at any time by disconnecting Gmail and requesting deletion via privacy@zenvro.app.
