Terms of Service

Last updated: June 2026

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Zenvro iOS application and related services (the “Service”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. The Service

Zenvro is a marketplace that helps brands and content creators discover each other, communicate, and manage collaborations (“deals”). Zenvro provides the platform; it is not a party to the agreements brands and creators make with one another.

2. Eligibility & accounts

  • You must be old enough to form a binding contract and able to enter commercial arrangements.
  • You are responsible for the accuracy of your profile and for activity under your account.
  • Keep your login credentials secure; notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.

3. Brand & creator arrangements

Brands and creators are independent of Zenvro and of each other. Any deal (including scope, deliverables, timelines, fees, and rights) is a direct agreement between the brand and the creator. Zenvro does not guarantee the quality, legality, timing, or outcome of any collaboration, and is not responsible for either party’s performance. You are responsible for your own tax, legal, and regulatory obligations (including any required advertising or sponsorship disclosures).

4. Payments

Payments for deals are processed in-app through our payments provider (Stripe). When a deal is accepted, the brand’s payment is authorised and held; it is released to the creator when the brand approves the deliverable. If a deal is cancelled before the work is approved, the authorisation is released and the brand is not charged; once a payment has been released to the creator, disputes are handled between the parties in line with Stripe’s processes and these terms. Zenvro does not currently charge a service fee on transactions; if that changes, any fee will be shown to the relevant party at the point of the transaction before they pay. Stripe’s processing terms also apply, and creators must complete Stripe’s onboarding to receive funds. Brands and creators remain responsible for their own taxes. See the Brand Agreement and Creator Agreement for the full payment terms.

5. Acceptable use

  • Do not post unlawful, infringing, deceptive, harassing, or harmful content.
  • Do not misrepresent your identity, audience, metrics, or affiliation.
  • Do not spam, scrape, reverse-engineer, or disrupt the Service or its security.
  • Do not use the Service to facilitate activity that is illegal where you operate.

6. Content & ownership

You retain ownership of the content you submit (profiles, briefs, messages, and deliverables). You grant Zenvro a limited license to host, store, and display that content as needed to operate the Service. Rights to campaign deliverables between a brand and a creator are governed by their own agreement, not by Zenvro.

7. Termination

You may stop using the Service and request account deletion at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or that create risk for other users or the platform.

8. Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind to the fullest extent permitted by law. Match scores and AI-generated explanations are informational aids, not guarantees of fit or results.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Zenvro is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for disputes, losses, or agreements between brands and creators.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms as the product evolves. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
